Description

The cold pipe support structure consists of upper and lower pipe clamps with an efficient cold insulation layer wrapped between them. The load is uniformly transmitted to the lower pipe clamp through the insulation layer, which is a high-closure-rate, well-insulating monolithic block formed by high-pressure injection molding. The lower connection system of the cold pipe support is divided into three types: fixed base for rigid anchoring; sliding type with a stainless steel low-friction pair integrated between the base and lower pipe clamp to permit axial pipe movement; and guiding type that allows axial displacement while restricting lateral movement.

  2. Comprehensive Moisture and Protection: A metal protective layer or self-adhesive aluminum foil composite layer is applied externally to the insulation layer, effectively blocking moisture intrusionand providing physical protection.

A: Yes. When the medium temperature is long-term ≤-20℃, they must be used; otherwise, it will cause serious waste of cold energy, freezing at support points, and excessive pipeline stress.

A: It can be fully customized, requiring parameters such as pipe diameter, temperature, load, and displacement. The delivery time for standard products is approximately 15-30 days, and non-standard parts will be negotiated based on the plan.
