1. Type A: One end of the upper hanger rod is connected to the base; the other end is threaded into the bolt hole on the top plate of the spring support and secured with a nut. The lower end of the turnbuckle nut is threaded to the upper end of the pipe hanger rod. Rotate the turnbuckle nut to hoist the pipe to the designated installation position, then tighten the nut.

 

2. Types B and C: The upper end of the spring support is connected to the hanger rod or hanger plate. The other end of the hanger rod or hanger plate is anchored to the steel beam or floor slab. Other aspects are the same as Type A.

 

3. Type D: The spring support is fixed to the steel beam or floor slab with bolts. The hanger rod passes through the support body and connects to the pipe. Rotate the top nut to hoist the pipe to the designated installation position, then tighten the nut.

 

4. Type E: The spring support is fixed to the steel beam or floor slab with bolts. Other aspects are the same as Type A.

 

5. Type F: The base plate of the spring support is fixed to the foundation, steel beam, or floor slab with bolts. The top supports the bottom of horizontal pipes or bends. When the actual support height on site differs from the design installation height, the load-bearing column can be rotated for fine-tuning. The fine-tuning range is between Lmax and Lmin. For spring models VS30F0~9, the range is ±6mm; for VS30F10~24, it is ±12.5mm; and for spring models VS60F, VS90F, VS120F, VS150F, and VS180F, it is ±25mm.

 

6. Type G: Rotate the turnbuckle nut to tighten the hanger rod fixed to the steel beam or floor slab, adjust the hanger to the designed installation height, and then tighten the turnbuckle nut.
